We Are DR K9 Services
DRk9 Services was founded in 2023 from a deeply personal experience. Like many dog owners, we once had a dog we loved dearly-but struggled to take anywhere beyond home. At the time, we didn't realize that training could have given her the full, adventurous life she deserved.
After she passed, we made a commitment to do better-to build the knowledge, structure, and communication needed to raise well-trained dogs who can confidently enjoy life alongside us, anywhere and everywhere.
Today, we help dog owners do the same. Our customized training programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're starting with a new puppy, working through behavioral challenges, or simply wanting more freedom and confidence with your dog, our approach is built around clarity, structure, and trust.

Training & Development
Our puppy programs focus on building a strong foundation during the most important developmental stages with emphasis on crate & potty training, clear communication markers, basic obedience, and socialization & confidence building.

Foundational Obedience Training
For dogs of any age who need structure, clarity, and improved manners. Our foundational programs are designed to provide a structured approach to real-world obedience with focus areas such as: leash manners, reliable commands, household boundaries (counter surfing, jumping, etc.), engagement, and owner education.

Designed for dogs struggling with more serious behavioral challenges such as reactivity, anxiety & fear-based behaviors, aggression, overstimulation, lack of impulse control, and leash pulling. These programs focus on building confident, clear communication, and lasting behavioral change.

For owners who want freedom, trust, and full control in any environment, our advanced programs provide off-leash obedience training, high-distraction training, advanced place & duration work, field trips for real-life application, and e-collar conditioning when appropriate.
